The UPbed Independence is available in Twin XL that's 38" wide x 80" long. We do not offer other sizes at this time.

Just add your pillows and sheets (uses standard-size twin extra-long sheets and blankets) and you're ready for a new level of convenience, safety...and great sleep!
Will Medicare help pay for my UPbed Independence?
No. We work directly with consumers and cannot bill any insurance company. Your insurance company may reimburse you for a portion of the cost if they deem it medically neccessary and your plan offers that type of coverage.

Definitely. The UPbed Independence has a simple remote control that is designed to be easy for seniors. There are eight easy-to-push buttons. Each button only does one thing to keep it simple. The remote control is on a wire so there's no batteries and no way to lose it. It even has a convenient clip to hang it on the armrests so it's always at hand.

WARRANTY: 10 year limited warranty to cover manufacturer defects. Year 1: Full coverage of parts and labor (the complete bed including mattress). Year 2-10: Full coverage of mechanical parts.

Shipping & Processing Times
Beds take 1-2 weeks to ship, and 3-4 weeks for white glove delivery. We will try our best to be as quick as possible.
Tracking
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Returns
Like most furniture and all bedding products, once purchased, the UPbed Independence and UPbed Standard are not eligible for return unless the products are defective or damaged upon arrival or if there’s an error with your order. At Journey's option, they will either repair or replace them.
