What is the Journey Air Elite's weight capacity?
The Journey Air Elite is capable of carrying a person weighing up to 240 lbs.
Does it come in a larger size?
The Journey Air Elite is available only in one size. See the Product Specifications section for specific dimensions. The maximum user weight limit is 240 lbs.
I only have one good hand. Is the Journey Air Elite for me?
The Journey Air Elite is a one-handed, joystick-controlled chair. The joystick can even be installed on either side of the chair.
Is the Journey Air Elite Chair right for me if I am handicapped or disabled?
While many people use the Journey Air Elite Chair for many different reasons, the Journey Air Elite Chair is a personal electric vehicle. If you are fully restricted to a sitting position, the Journey Air Elite Chair may not be for you. You must be able to get in and out of the chair.
What is included with the Journey Air Elite Chair?
The Journey Air Elite Chair will require only a few simple steps out of the box before you can use it. Included is the battery, charger, footrests, anti-tippers and joystick.
Will Medicare help pay for my Journey Air Elite Chair?
Unfortunately, the Journey Air Elite Chair is not covered by Medicare at this time.
Warranty
A standard twelve (12) months warranty from the original purchase date applies to the core list of Journey products under normal use in accordance with specifications and warnings and with some limitations, exclusions, restraints or extensions including but not limited to parts, labor, service and other specific considerations.
This warranty does not cover damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, damage in shipment, improper operation or failure to follow instructions.

We offer all customers free shipping in the continental United States with tracking. No shipping cost - we want your experience to be simple and efficient - just the way we like it! Email for availability if in Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.
Shipping & Processing Times
Please allow usually 1-2 business days to process an order and 4-8 business days to ship an order.
Tracking
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!
